Please be advised that due to extreme weather conditions, some broadband connections may be affected with lower speeds or outages during this time. If you are experiencing an outage please DO NOT call but instead report your fault directly though our contact page on our website www.ruralwireless.nz and we will make contact with you as soon as possible. If there are any major tower outages there may be some delay in restoring your service especially in areas where power has been disrupted.
