Check my data

How to check my data account?

Visit our website and click on ‘CUSTOMER ACCESS’ on the top left of the page.

Now click on ‘Check my data’ and enter your Rural Wireless data account login credentials

(Contact us for your login details)

In the box on the left you will see your available total traffic in blue e.g. 28 GB. You can find more detailed information by clicking on the Traffic report at the top of the page.

By clicking on Year or Month you can get a breakdown of your upload, download and total traffic usages

NOTE: We sometimes get asked 'where has all my data gone or I couldn't possibly have used that much'. Unfortunately due to privacy reasons we are unable to provide specifics on the use of the data. This information is only accessible by New Zealand law enforcement agencies.
